Give all you have, and I will do the rest.

"Like tithing, the terms of this covenant are in one sense the same for everyone, yet in another sense, different for each according to individual ability. [...] The savior requires each of us a specific percentage, that is, all that we have or 100%.  Yet each individual's "100%" will be a different quantity from everyone else, depending on the spiritual knowledge and maturity of the individual.  [...] He never requires more than I am able to give, and what he does require of me is always appropriate to my knowledge and circumstances [...]. My obligation is to give all I have, not all someone else has, to be as good as I can be, not as good as someone else is."

Covenants

“The gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ is a covenant between God and his people. … When baptized by an authorized servant of God, we covenant to do God’s will and to obey his commandments. … By partaking of the Sacrament we renew all covenants entered into with the Lord and pledge ourselves to take upon us the name of his Son, to always remember him and keep his commandments”

–Delbert L. Stapley (Conference Report, Oct 1965, 14).

Covenants

"Covenants are agreements we make with our Heavenly Father in which we commit our hearts, minds, and behavior to keeping the commandments defined by the Lord."

-Paul E. Koelliker (Ensign, Nov 2005, 94)

Covenants

"By keeping the covenants of the gospel, all of the momentary trials of life can be transcended."

-Paul E. Koelliker (Ensign, Nov 2005, 94)
